I am a newer customer of Webhost4life and have a lot troubles in setting a test website. I come here to get help.
In the email Webhost4life team give me after I open a account, I get the following message:
1: My temporary URL is:
http://site453.mysite4now.net/myusername
2: My physical folder is:
D:\hosting\member\myusername\site1
In order to test these information, I upload
a very simple html file, index.html, into the above folser, then using IE and the temporary URL browse the index.html. I failed and get 403 error .
To browse this simple page I have tried the following two addresses:
http://site453.mysite4now.net/myusername
http://site453.mysite4now.net/myusername/site1
http://site453.mysite4now.net/myusername/site1/index.html
In all cases I got error message.

Maybe you should try http://site453.mysite4now.com instead of http://site453.mysite4now.net

No, you are correct with .net instead of .com. Webhost4life, as good as the hosting is, is kinda tricky to set up. I had the same problem.
You have to make sure all kinds of things are right... make sure your file is in the site 1 directory... you've waited long enough for everything to be set up, etc.
I would think by now you would have everything under control. If you have more trouble, let me know...I'll help, since everyone else seems reluctant.
