Why is this message being displayed? "This IP address cannot be used for browsing"

Hello.
A friend of mine is trying to browse my wh4l hosted website and they are receiving the following message: "This IP address cannot be used for browsing".
Does anyone know why this is happenning? I have other friends that can successfully browse the web page.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

"This IP address cannot be used for browsing" means that there is no website at the given address.
Example:
If someone browses 'test.example.com' and no sub-domain 'test' exists at 'example.com', then the message 'This IP address cannot be used for browsing' comes up.

You'll get this kind of error usually when your account is expired. You should check with support to make sure your hosting account is not expired.

Also check you haven't put an entry in your hosts file.
