Every time I go to my statistics I get : Never updated (See 'Build/Update' on awstats_setup.html page) Then how could we update the statistics if we do not have the access of a perl command line for AWSTATS...? Also I browsed my awstats folder in the root directory of my site, is it normal that it is empty? Thanks! Francis    Report

We schedule the update daily for you.  If you don't see your stats updated after you enable it for 24hrs.  Make sure your site have traffic first. If it does and it still doesn't show up, check with support team OR try disable your stats and re-enable your stats.    Report
