You can setup a browsing task via the control panel. It'll browse to the URL you specific there.

How often can you set this up to run?
1 per day? 1 per hour? 1 per 30 min? 1 per 15 min?
Figure before I spend the $20 for the service I'd try to get the details.
Thanks

As far as I know, you can set up to 5 scheduled tasks. The lowest time frequency is 15 minutes.

It's HTTP only. The parameter and HTTP header issue is something I haven't tested yet. Due to the fact that I'm waiting since more than 10 hours (obviously a serious issue) that the customer support is getting my control panel fixed (no IIS access after migrating to a new server), I'm not able to check it out.
In order to get an answer to your questions, you may contact the customer support. You can do it via your control panel or via online helpdesk (http://www.webhost4life.com/kb/).

I'm interested in this as well. Have either of you gotten a full answer yet?

I just purchased the Scheduled Tasks option. To confirm above,
For $20, it allows you to simply enter up to 5 URLs and a frequency for each one: either 15 or 30 minutes. This will basically keep any of your web apps from idling long enough to get cleared from memory (and therefore have to re-compile for the next visitor).
I would include a screen shot, but am getting an error when I try to open that part of the control panel. Admin?

The minimum time frequency allowed should be reduced to 5 minutes. Otherwise, one has to set up several scheduled tasks for the same domain in order keep the site alive...
However, there are a lot website monitoring services around... :)

The default inactive time is 20 minutes - do you have documentation that WH4L has lowered this threshold?
Do you know of a cheaper or free monitoring service that actually sends an HTTP-GET request and doesn't just ping?
