I'm getting to the end of my tether with WebHost4Life. They keep changing the application pool settings so that my application ends after about 5 minutes of idle which means the users get new sessions thus loosing anything they are in the middle of.
Why do they keep changing it? I've reported the same fault about three times now and they fiddle with something. But give it a couple of weeks and the same fault occurs.
I've heard they tweak application pools as a kind of hobby to try and keep their systems running.
