Is it possible to offer to my customers the possibility to create their own emails with my domain name, is there an existing script for this ?

My guess is that you would have to upgrade to either the VPS Semi-Dedicated or a Managed Server in order to install a script or program to perform this function. It's not likely to be a feasible option on the shared hosting plans.

For as being a "free e-mail" provider, sure, but for some friends it wouldn't be that much of a deal. 50 Users would be the maximum I would think. Also, SmarterMail, and you making some form script that e-mails you a sign-up for an e-mail address is a nice way of doing it.
P.S. As for web e-mail, maybe not unless you find on the web an application that can do this.

If you want to "provide" email to friends, a group, or a business, I would suggest Google Apps for Your Domain. Again, you can script it with their free offering, but I believe addons to their enterprise level can in some ways.
