What features will be available throught the control panel?

In case you're referring to Windows Media Services, I guess that's not going to happen. That's something for dedicated servers.

The plans page lists Flash and Windows Media as features of all three shared hosting plans. ???

The Flash and Windows Media features are referring to progressive streaming. That means that playback of video or audio files might start at the beginning of the download.
