When I try and install phpBB, using mySQL, I get the following errors:

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not connect to the database

I've setup the database correctly.  Permissions are set accordingly.  What's going on?

Mine is working well hosted here too the only trouble i have is that I cannot email with the emailer.php and I cannot use the smtp funtion too.
